XAE Control Diaphragm Pump Controller
The API-compliant XAE stroke-length controller actuator delivers higher precision and remote control for the PulsaPro, Pulsa Series models 7120 through 8480X, and Pulsar Series diaphragm pumps.
The XAE actuator is an electromechanical servo controller that alters flow rates as required by the process. Alarm relays alert users to unintended changes in flow rates, including stop conditions. The fault-tolerant, self-recovering XAE is designed for reliability and minimal maintenance, featuring metal gearing and an explosion-proof enclosure. Simple calibration capabilities and an intuitive user interface make it easy to use. The XAE is purpose-built for PulsaPro, Pulsa, and Pulsar Series pumps, and it is designed to meet the needs of international industrial markets.
The XAE is built on a customizable platform. Its digital microprocessor-based controls are built for seamless integration with control panels, and numerous expansion ports provide hooks to facilitate future enhancements as customer and industry needs change.
