Pump Maintenance Instructions:

• Tighten the union nut (Item 1) by hand. Do not use wrenches or other tools. Overtightening will damage the union nut and cause leakage

• Check for leakage at least once a month. If leakage is detected, address promptly to avoid corrosion of other pump components

• If the liquid crystallizes easily, regularly clean the valves to maintain performance.

• When the diaphragm is serviced or replaced, during re-assembly observe the retention plate bolt (Item 2) torque limits as shown below:

• When adjusting pump capacity (Item 3), be sure to push the handle inwards (towards the pump) before making changes.
