ECO Gearchem

The ECO Gearchem rotary gear pump is an economical alternative for chemical transfer, cyclic operation and continuous production systems, both open ended and closed-loop. ECO gear pumps are well suited for pilot plants, vacuum systems, and metering applications.

Our rotary gear pumps are routinely used for:
  • Chemical Metering and Transfer
  • Batch or Continuous Production Systems
  • Open Ended and Closed Loop Processes
  • UL 1389 Certified Models for plant oil extraction
Pulseless flows up to 55 gpm
  • 0-100% flow capability
  • Temperatures up to 400F (204C)
  • Maximum allowable working pressures up to 200 psi
  • Viscosity range from 0.8 cPs to 100,000 cPs
  • ECO pumps can safely handle clear lubricating and non-lubricating liquids.

Versatility

Used in applications such as solvent recovery, adhesives, molten sulfur, acids and caustics, these pumps can handle liquids with a wide range of flows, temperatures, pressures and viscosities:

To meet the demands of these applications, the ECO pump is available in a variety of materials of construction:

  • Housings: 316 Stainless Steel, Alloy 20 or Hastelloy C
  • Gears: 316 Stainless Steel, Alloy 20, Hastelloy C, PEEK, Glass Filled PTFE
  • Wear Plates: Carbon, Glass Filled PTFE, PEEK, Ceramic
  • Bearings: Carbon P72 and P90, Glass Filled PTFE
  • Sealing Options: Single and Double Mechanical Seals or Grafoil® Packing
  • NPT, BSPT, ANSI Flanged or Sanitary Tri-Clamp connections option
  • Close coupled or long coupled motor adapters

Metering or Transfer Applications:

  • The ECO rotary gear pump is an economical alternative over conventional metering or transfer pumps, offering low initial cost, simplicity and minimum maintenance – particularly for applications less than 100 psig.
  • A properly installed gear pump, with an application specific characteristic curve based on speed and pressure versus flow can offer a level of predictive maintenance not available with conventional diaphragm metering pumps.

Experience:

  • Known for its rugged construction and dependable performance, ECO pumps represent the highest level of manufacturing excellence and quality control.
