GreenLine
The GreenLine (GLM) mechanically actuated diaphragm metering pump, is designed to be reliable, robust, efficient, and compact with the industrial features needed for just about any application or environment. If you are looking for a high value chemical transfer or dosing metering pump with low cost of ownership, GLM is an outstanding choice. This latest pump series from Pulsafeeder can handle a wide range of flows and process chemicals.
Standard Features and Benefits
- Rugged double-sided PTFE faced, multi-layer diaphragm: GreenLine’s flat mechanically actuated diaphragm delivers reliable pumping action and long life, is designed for maximum chemical resistance, and the multiple diaphragm sealing beads prevent leakage.
- Secure diaphragm sealing technology provides additional protection for leak free service and chemical containment. A secondary O-ring seal offers worry free sealing and eliminates chemical spray while the retention plate ensures pressure containment (Hydrostatic and creep elimination) and allows for proper head bolt torque without loosening over time.
- Self contained double barrier protection check valve assembly provides additional protection against leaks (not in 316L configuration).
- Spherically uniform velocity check valves: Limit turbulence, provides superior solids handling and are auto-flushing. The Flow is routed evenly without risk of cavitation.
- The GreenLine O-ring valve seat (soft seat) improves priming, creates less noise, and provides better solids / slurry handling (not available in 316L configurations).
- Compact and lightweight gearbox saves space, is easy to handle and incorporates a fully sealed, non-vented design to prevent ingress of contaminants. The oversized, shielded bearings deliver long life and reliability, while the sealed upper worm bearing extends gear and motor life, reduces noise, and maximizes pump efficiencies by ensuring full torque output.
- Stroke adjustment has an auto-locking mechanism which absolutely prevents gradual turning. Just adjust and walk away with peace of mind. No need for secondary locking mechanism.
- The motor flange drain path redirects liquids away from the drive shaft seal and eliminates pooling on the motor shaft connection.
- Non-metallic, never seize motor coupling prevents sticking or “welding” of worm shaft to motor shaft allowing for ease of motor installation/removal.
- Flat, solid mounting feet support the pump securely so it will not tip over prior to installation.
Optional Features
- Leak Detection: Safeguard your pump and system from costly product loss and equipment damage. The leak detection double diaphragm option comes with a pressure gauge and switch to monitor the diaphragm integrity. The two diaphragms give you superior protection from a diaphragm failure.
- Variable frequency drive and motor maximizes operating range and remotely control GreenLine.
